This includes but, is not limited to-

• Under the age of 18.
• Duplicate accounts.
• Using Fake Name Generator
• More than one account per household.
• Duplicating offers- You are only allowed to do an offer ONCE ever.
• Sharing Paypal accounts.
• Using a Paypal account that is not in you or your spouses name.
• Fake account information.
• Using the gmail dot or plus sign tricks.
• Using roboform.
• Using throw away or temporary email services. (This includes hushmail, dodgit, etc) If you are not sure if your email service is acceptable contact me.
• Immediately cancelling trials.
• Using a credit card with insufficient funds.
• Using a stolen or altered credit card.
• Completing offers with a fraudulent intent.
• Using a proxy.

Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the Click or Signup program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Click or Signup may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Click or Signup. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Click or Signup program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

 

 

 

 

You and Click or Signup are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Click or Signup. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Click or Signup. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Click or Signup program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

Click or Signup will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Click or Signup program, even if Click or Signup has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Click or Signup aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

The following list are actions that the scripts are designed to catch.  Please read carefully.

• Creating multiple accounts
• Logging in to your account using another members computer
• Letting another member log in to their account using your computer
• Using a proxy
• Using a bot

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Click or Signup and may result in legal prosecution. Click or Signup strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Click or Signup may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Click or Signup will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Click or Signup's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

Payment

Members will be paid via PayPal, Money Order, & Gift Cards (Please read Help page for details and fees). ClickOrSignup will pay members that request payment 2 times a month , if payment request is received from 6th of the month to 20th of the month will be paid on the 25th, if payment request is received from 21st to the 5th payment will be made on the 10th, payments will be made within 1 to 2 days or a reasonable time after. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All ClickOrSignUp.com members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until ClickOrSignUp.com has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on ClickOrSignUp.com is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. ClickOrSignUp.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. ClickOrSignUp.com reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, ClickOrSignUp.com reserves the right to withhold funds.

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

 

 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on any advertising purchased if you are caught committing fraud. If you would like a refund & are a current member of the site please contact me. You will only be refunded for the unused portion of your advertising package.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
